This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for artwork purchased from Stevie Galaxie ("we," "us," or "our").

General Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer the following refund options:

Digital Artwork

• Digital artwork sales are final due to the nature of digital goods
• No refunds are available once digital files have been downloaded
• If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us for assistance

Physical Artwork and Prints

Return Window

You may return physical artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition with no damage
• Returned in original packaging when possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage and packaging
• We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide return instructions and address
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

• We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• We made an error in your order

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or commissioned artwork created specifically for you
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
